1.Filling Machine

<1>Controlled by microcomputer PLC programmable,equip with photo electricity transduction and pneumatic action.

<2>This machine with high automatization,adjust convenient,when change bottle size or replacing the filling volume,only need to change the parameters in the touch screen.

2.Capping machine

<1>Applied to cap inner screwing column or normal cap in pesticide, chemical, wine, drink (no carbonated) and grease. 

<2>It can be matched with conveying bottle machine, filling machine and other equipments together, also can be used in conveying bottle machine stand-alone. 

3.Flat conveyor

<1>Flat conveyor is the main connection between filling machine and each secondary packaging machines, the conveyor with drain water collect plate and cable bridge.

4.Air Conveyor

<1>The Air conveyor is fixed on the floor,and fan installed on the top of the conveyor
<2>The air filter is located at each entrance of the fan to prevent dust from blowing into the bottle. The bottle is held in the neck of the conveyor belt and conveyed by blowing power into the filling machine.
<3>All are made of stainless steel SUS 304 /316.
