Payment terms and installation :

1. Delivery time: 15 working days after the receipt of deposit from buyer.

2. Payment: 30% of total value will be paid by T/T as deposit, 70% balance will T/T before shipment.

3. Installation: Before shipment, machines will be tested by our technicians for 72 Hours to make sure machines can work well. Our technicians will be sent to user's factory to install the machines and train workers.

Warranty :

1. Master Company will warrant for 18 months once installation finished, and. If there are faults with the equipment, the supplier will communicate with the buyer to debug in time when informed;

2. Once warranty period is expired, the supplier will keep on supplying parts and technical support and after service for whole life, and this cost is on customer side.

3. All machine parts adopting famous brand that has been tested by Master company for many years proved quality is passed.
