The model Wrap around Labeling machine suit for bottle, jars ,cans labeling wrap around.

2. Equipment function characteristics

1) Control system: SIEMENS brand PLC control system, with high stable operation and extremely low failure rate.

2) Operation system: SIEMENS touch screen, directly visual interface easy operation, rich with help function and fault display function.

3) Check system: Use German LEUZE check label sensor, automatic check label station, stable and convenient don't have much higher requirement for worker.

4) Send label system: German  Avery labeling engine control system, stable with high speed.

5) Alarm function: Such as label spill, label broken or other malfunction during machine working all will alarm and stop working.

6) Machine Material: Machine and spare parts all use material S304 stainless steel and anodized senior aluminum alloy,with high corrosion resistance and never rust.

7) Low voltage circuit all use the German Schneider brand.

pecification and performance are stipulated in the contract.
Quality warranty period is within 12 months from B/L date. The manufacturer would repair the
contracted machines free of charge during the quality guarantee period . If the breakdown is due
to the improper use or other reasons, the manufacturer will collect the repair fee.

Installation and debugging:
After the machine arrives at the buyer's factory, if the buyer want us to install and commission the
machine in buyer's factory, we will dispatch one engineer to your site to install and commission the
machine to you, but the related fees: round trip tickets, local accomodation, food, transportation will
be borne by the buyer, and the buyer should provide his site site assistance for the installation
and commission.
